Licence Conversion Period

This licence (prototype) has a 90 day period where licensees may upgrade their licence to a prototype or commercial licence with all the benefits that entails i.e. 5% back end royalty instead of the 25%. Licensees still must pay the full cost of the licence upgrade but can eliminate the higher 25% back end royalty attached to the prototype licence.
