Come and join us...
Monumental Games is situated in the heart of Nottingham – a vibrant and ambitious city, with local accommodation, events and amenities suitable for all tastes and budgets. Yes, we develop games, but we are more than just a studio. Most developers seem to face a daily battle for survival, and we know that staff in the UK games industry have suffered in the past from sudden closures and canceled contracts. However, our focus is on building a business with robust foundations, and sticking around for the long term. We license our own technology to over 30 development teams worldwide, we invest in our own internal IP, and we broker mutually-beneficial development deals that break with past tradition.
We pride ourselves on our work ethic, which relies on high productivity during regular hours to minimize 'crunch', while still achieving milestones. Of course, we would tell you that productivity is easily achieved because Monumental is a fun, relaxed, and inspiring place to work – but we don't expect you to take our word for it – come and find out for yourself!
Please take a look through our listings along the right side of this page. If the right position for you isn't there, don't let it stop you from sending your CV to jobs@monumentalgames.com - we'll keep it on file in case something else comes up.
